We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :
All items must be in their original packaging with product tags, if any, intact.
All items must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition
Originals receipts would need to be included
All items would need to be purchased originally from our Website Basata.in
Minimum Order Quantity For Laces Should Be 10 Yards or 10 Meters.
If any of the above conditions are not met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable either.
1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 7 days of the delivery of the order. The requests for returns however, would need to be strictly made By notifying us through email at [email protected].
2. PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS ONLINE
2.1 Email us at [email protected] stating the reason for the return. Also mention your order number if you have purchased from the website, or mention your name and phone number you have used to place the order. If the product is defective, please include an image with defect clearly visible.
2.3 Mail us your parcel via a traceable mode of postage. Preferably Indian Gov. Speed Post
2.4 Wait for our email confirmation and you will be notified once your online Store Credit Voucher is ready. Generally, the processing period is 5 working days upon receipt of your parcel.
2.5 All requests for returns will be refunded via online Store Credit Vouchers only. Your online Store Credit Voucher is valid for 365 days and can be used for your next purchase online. It is strictly non refundable, non extendable, non exchangeable for cash and non exchangeable for boutique vouchers.
2.6 Online Store Credit Vouchers are to be used in a singular transaction and any excess amount not utilized, would not be refunded.
2.7 Online Store Credit Vouchers given will be at the buying price of the product as stated in the original invoice. No refunds will be given for delivery charges incurred in the original, returned and onward shipping charges of exchanged items.
2.8 However, if any of the products received is deemed defective or a wrong shipment, Basata.in will bear the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you. Please note that all exchanges are subjected to stock availability and whilst we endeavor to ship a replacement item(s) back to you, we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value or providing online store credits or any other methods at the discretion of Basata.in.
2.9 No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs.

3. Returning Defective Product:
We take utmost care in our Quality Control to make sure you receive the best quality products without any defects. But we are all humans and are prone to mistakes, In case you need to return an order because of an error on our behalf or because of a defect, we would really regret the inconvenience caused to you because of us. In this case we will be happy to refund you your total amount as well as postage charges and the taxes that you have paid while placing the order.
Kindly Email us at [email protected] stating that you have received a defective product. Please also mention your Order No, your Name, and the Phone number used to place the order. Also please share the Images of the Defective product so that we can conclude the case ASAP.
Please Note: Package Opening Video is required if you want to claim a refund of any sort for defects or missing products.
Once we have received the complaint from you regarding this we will initiate a Return Pick Up From our end. You will get the details of the Return Pick on the email used to place the order.
The Refund will only be given once we have received the return shipment. It may take up to 15 days for the return shipment to get delivered back to us.
Claiming Missing item in the order.
In case an item is missing in your order, you can email us at [email protected]. Again Unpacking video of the same is required for us to entertain any such claims.
Cancellation Of Unshipped Orders.
In Case you have placed an order on our website and for some reason you want to cancel your purchase, then please email us at [email protected].
Cancellation of your purchase will be at our discretion and if unshipped cancellation charges of 5% of total amount paid will be levied.
Please note that once the product has been shipped, then we will not be able to cancel your order. If you as a customer refuse to accept the product at the time of delivery, then you will be responsible for forward and return charges of the the shipment.
4. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
4.1 All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be made once.
4.2 We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order.
4.3 Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.
4.4 Basata.in makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.
4.5 Such returns are at all times governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of Mumbai.
