2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, with your tracking AWB Number on the respective courier companies Website. Please provide proper contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

For now our Sales and Services are only include in India. We are expanding fast and will surely ship outside India in a near future.
3. MODE OF PAYMENTS
We accept payments via VISA/MASTER credit and debit cards, American Express, Netbanking, UPI. All the payments are accepted and powered by India’s most trusted payment gateway Razorpay. Hence all the payments made on this website is 100% Secured.
We also offer Cash On Delivery (COD) Payment option. COD is available only for Cart Total above ₹ 500/- and Cart Total Below ₹ 3000/-. We reserve the right to cancel the COD orders based on Delivery Location, items ordered or quantity of items ordered. We request you to place a prepaid order via Razorpay Payment gateway to ensure delivery of your order.
4. Claiming Missing Items
In case an item is missing in your order, you can email us at [email protected] or you can WhatsApp us on +91 7021071827 or DM us on Instagram. We advice you to take unpacking video of the shipment received and send us the same when you make your claim.
5. Product Not Received But Order Status Shows Delivered.

If the tracking details is updated as delivered and if you have still not received the shipment then please get in touch with us immediately. Please note in such cases the courier company will entertain our case only if this is brought to their notice within 3 days of status update. Hence please let us know about it immediately.
